As predicted in some recently deciphered ancient sea scrolls, Marlena gets possessed by Satan and proceeds to levitate over her bed, burn down a church, morph into a panther and send a swarm of killer bees to Salem, complete with demon eyeballs, synthesized “demon” voice and a full on exorcism scene that lasted two weeks!

Just in case you weren’t paying attention ...
Kristen plays 5 characters simultaneously, the two most remarkable being a buck-toothed Elvis obsessed retard named Susan and a mean redneck nun named Sister Mary Moira. To cover up a murder and a pregnancy scam, some of these characters are forced to pose as each other. Which means Kristen is playing five characters, some of which are actually playing other characters. Pass the bong please...

Evil Talking Dolls!
Crazy Jan is instructed by her talking Kewpie Doll to kidnap Shawn, hold him prisoner in a makeshift cage in her /living room and completely erase his memory. Afterwards she seduces him by putting on a cheerleader outfit and doing the splits.

The Clones That Time Forgot
Stefano makes four clones of Marlena and sends them off to the four corners of the earth before the storyline is completely scrapped due to protests from the bible belt. (Meanwhile Reba gets a full fledged clone four months later on Guiding Light – bastards.)

Mind Control Technology is Real!
Stefano implants a microchip in Vivian’s tooth through which he controls her moods in order to convince everyone she is crazy.

I’ve got something for your face mother fucker!
When Austin refuses to throw a boxing match, Carrie, recently crowned “The Face of Bella Magazine”, gets a vile full of flesh-eating acid poured on her face.

The “Other” Salem
Marlena is set up for the murder of dozens of Salemites only to find out none of them are really dead – instead they are living their lives in an identical replica of Salem created on an uncharted island I fondly refer to as “Captive Island”.

Marlena gets kidnapped .. AGAIN
A recently insane Kristen buries Marlena in a secret room underground and forces her to watch on a big screen television as she seduces her once priest husband John Black.

Continuity Problems? Check.
Roman, long thought to be dead, comes back from the dead with a different face. Just as he and Marlena finally build a new life together it is revealed that he was only programmed to believe he was Roman. In actuality he is a priest named John Black. Years later the real Roman comes back, only this time it is played by the dude from The Hogans who actually was on Days of Our Lives previously, only as a completely different character.

Better Than Clones!
The giant “UFO” teaser and the would be aliens commonly known as the “Gemini Twins” who are at first believed to be the genetically engineered offspring of Marlena and Tony and then revealed to be children of Kate and Roman even though Marlena had flashbacks of caring for them when she was in captivity (I believe during the greatly missed “Lady In A Cage” storyline).

Austin and Greta enter another dimension “Virtual Eden” where the couple must pass tests of lust, bravery, virtue, and compassion before reaching a magic door back to the castle and the final gladiator battle all in order for Greta to be crowned Princess.

Marlena has an evil twin played by her real life twin sister who ultimately gets killed by The Salem Strangler!

Fun With Cripples!
Sami gets crippled in a car accident and loses all memory about what an evil manipulating bitch she really is! (Not that juicy, I know but hey, people in wheelchairs are always good for a few laughs)
